1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and slpvip ("slpvip," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the slpvip online gaming platform available at slpvip.app (the "Platform").

By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

To register and use slpvip, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age, as required under Philippine gaming regulations;
• You are a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity;
• You are physically located in the Philippines or in a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law;
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of slpvip, nor an immediate family member of any such person;
• You are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is illegal;
• You have not previously been self-excluded from slpvip or had your account permanently closed for breach of these Terms.

slpvip reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including government-issued identification and proof of address. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by slpvip may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

3. Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) account on the slpvip Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any other information requested during the registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and must promptly update any details that change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your slpvip login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Use a strong, unique password that is not used for any other online service;
• Never share your login credentials with any third party;
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly on shared or public devices;
• Notify slpvip immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

slpvip will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations. Any activity conducted through your account prior to notification of unauthorized access will be deemed to have been authorized by you.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on slpvip are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). slpvip accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and InstaPay.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are credited to your account balance upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. slpvip does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. Verified accounts receive GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within approximately 5 minutes; bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) are processed within 2 hours during normal operating conditions. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or for security review.

slpvip reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods registered in your name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.

Funds deposited into your slpvip account are held for gaming purposes only. slpvip does not pay interest on account balances. Inactive accounts (no login for 12 consecutive months) may be subject to an inactivity fee of ₱50 per month, applied to the account balance until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

slpvip offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, and expiry dates.

General bonus conditions applicable to all slpvip promotions include:

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed identity verification unless otherwise stated;
• Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds and must meet wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash;
• slpvip reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice;
• Abuse of bonus offers, including but not limited to bonus hunting, arbitrage betting, or collusion, will result in forfeiture of bonus funds and may result in account closure;
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.

6. Betting Rules

All bets placed on slpvip are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game or sports market. By placing a bet, you confirm that you understand and accept the applicable rules.

slpvip reserves the right to void any bet that was placed in error, at incorrect odds, or as a result of a technical malfunction. In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a game or sporting event, slpvip's decision, made in good faith and in accordance with applicable rules, shall be final.

Bets placed after the official start of a sporting event (late bets) may be voided at slpvip's discretion. For live in-play betting, the odds displayed are subject to change in real time; the odds at the moment your bet is confirmed are the odds that apply to your wager.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the slpvip Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform;
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in any game or Platform feature;
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting activity;
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification;
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy, or other tool to circumvent geographic restrictions;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing slpvip staff or other players via any communication channel;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the Platform.

slpvip reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, forfeit any balances associated with such account, and report the matter to relevant authorities including PAGCOR where required by law.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the slpvip Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall look and feel of the Platform, is the exclusive property of slpvip or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content without prior written consent from slpvip;
• Use any slpvip trademarks, logos, or brand elements in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation;
• Create derivative works based on any Platform content;
• Frame or mirror any portion of the Platform on any other website or application.

Any unauthorised use of slpvip's intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by slpvip.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, slpvip, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits resulting from technical failures, connectivity issues, or Platform downtime;
• Errors in game outcomes caused by software malfunctions that are promptly corrected by slpvip;
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security;
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, or InstaPay;
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information published on the Platform.

slpvip's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your slpvip account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. slpvip makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors.

10. Privacy & Data

slpvip collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

slpvip complies with the Republic Act No. 10173, also known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines. Your personal data is used solely for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and improving the Platform experience.

slpvip will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory authorities where required by law or necessary to provide the Platform services.

11. Responsible Gaming

slpvip is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We recognise that gambling can become harmful for some individuals and we provide a range of tools to help players manage their activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps directly from your account settings;
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts that notify you when you have been playing for a specified duration;
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of your choosing (24 hours to 6 weeks);
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your account and request exclusion from all slpvip marketing communications.

All responsible gaming tools are available free of charge and take effect immediately upon activation. slpvip will not reverse a self-exclusion request during the exclusion period.

12. Termination

slpvip reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms;
• slpvip is required to do so by a regulatory authority, court order, or applicable law;
• slpvip reasonably suspects fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity on your account;
• You fail to complete identity verification within the required timeframe;
• Your account has been inactive for a period of 24 consecutive months.

Upon termination for breach, slpvip may forfeit any bonus balances and withhold real-money balances pending investigation. Where no breach is found, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method within 10 business days of account closure.

You may close your account at any time by contacting slpvip support. Account closure requests are processed within 2 business days. Any pending bets at the time of closure will be settled according to their normal outcome.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising under these Terms that cannot be resolved through slpvip's internal complaints process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Players who are dissatisfied with the outcome of slpvip's internal dispute resolution process may also escalate their complaint to PAGCOR in accordance with applicable regulatory procedures.

14. Amendments

slpvip reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, slpvip will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory directive.

The most current version of these Terms will always be available on this page, with the "Last Updated" date reflecting the date of the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and close your account before the effective date of the changes.
